- My name is Val. I have been married for 35 years to Craig. We have 4 adult married kids, so I say we have 8! And 7 grandbabies. I have a history of Complex PTSD/anxiety/depression, and have been on my healing journey for 2 years now. My thoughts, my experiences, my struggles, and my joy--as part of my healing. My healing journey began with someone else's authenticity about her pain and struggle.
